I am beyond grateful for the team at LOVS, after my one year old puppy had a seizure I was a wreck, I sent a message to them and they got back to me immediately and got me in the very next morning. From the first interaction you could tell how much they care and multiple interactions later, they continue to provide the best care. They love my baby so well, and are so kind and patient with all of my concerns and questions. I’m so grateful God led me to this team. Thank you so much for all you do LOVS.

I am very disappointed with the way I was treated by vet tech KAYLA BAYLOR over the phone. I was calling to follow up on an important lab result for my pet. I was previously told that the results would be ready, and after waiting, I called to check on the status two days in a row because this information is very important for my pet’s care. Instead of receiving help or a simple update, I felt that Kayla was rude and dismissive. When I tried to explain why I was following up, she became unprofessional and ended the call by hanging up on me. I understand that veterinary offices can be busy, but pet owners calling about critical test results are often worried and stressed. A little patience, empathy, and professionalism go a long way. I hope this feedback helps improve communication with clients in the future.
